To encourage your pupils to read and to have their own books we offer a saving system.
We give you savings cards and adhesive stamps in 20p, 50p and £1 values - no charge.
The card is A5 size and then folded in two. It can hold a total of 48 stamps - inside and out.
The children buy stamps in school, perhaps weekly, and stick them in their card. Your School banks the money.
At intervals during the school year - once or twice a term - you can ask us to come into school with an appropriate book display.
The children choose books and use the stamps as currency. The used stamps are crossed off and initialled by our staff who organise the sale.
A record is kept of the value of stamps cancelled and at the end of the sale we provide an invoice showing the total value cancelled together with a credit note for 10% of that total as commission.
In due course your school pays the invoice.
The credit note can be used towards any books purchased for the school.
